Just a rough color scheme based on a purple versus yellow/green idea. I doubt the final will be quite this dark. Colors always change significantly when I work out all the kinks in the final, but it's good to have somewhere to start.
Also, I light-boxed the sketch onto Bristol Board and pencils are in progress.

Drawing's a little further along than this now, but here's the photo I have ready. I usually lightly erase my tracing once I've finished light-boxing. Helps reduce the smudging and ghost lines later. I'm going over my guide now and tightening up the drawing. Adding more details and attempting to fix problems as I go.
Personal deadline for the pencils is Monday. Back to work...

But I guess the best compliment I can give is that you keep getting better at what you do. That's a neat trick for anyone.

This is a very cool insight into the artistic process. The colors are really remarkable, and add an air of mystery and horror to the scene that works very well; they also help the reader process the absolutely crazy amount of action happening on the page, subduing it a little bit but not so much so that the action feel is lost and the scene becomes totally static.
However, you are still -300% of the Godzillas necessary to truly complete the piece. I feel obligated to point that out, in the interests of fairness.

I would say watch out and make sure the skeleton doesn't come out too flat (being all-over glowing and suchlike), but I trust you'll know how to soften that and add some depth.
Awesome piece.
I do concur, however, with Pete in that you need at least 250% more Godzillas.
